LASER MICRO DRILLING
Laser micro drilling of high-aspect round and non-round holes can be performed in a simple and robust manner using Avonisys waterjet guided laser technology. Aspect ratios of up to 20:1 for hole diameters as small as 0.3mm can be achieved for a variety of materials, including metals, semiconductors and non-conductive materials. Our proprietary Air-Jet technology mitigates waterjet back spray disturbances that are inherent to deep micro hole drilling with a waterjet guided laser.
